Our Commitment
At Rain6, we take pride in delivering premium firearms, accessories, and custom services. If something isn't right, we want to know about it and will work with you to make it right.
Customer satisfaction, craftsmanship, and integrity are at the core of everything we do.
Standard Products
Unused, unopened accessories and non-firearm merchandise may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Returned items must:
- Be unused and in original condition
- Include original packaging
- Include proof of purchase
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.
Firearm Sales
All firearm sales must comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
Once a firearm has been transferred by your receiving FFL dealer, it is considered accepted and cannot be returned unless covered by the manufacturer's warranty or approved by Rain6 due to a verified defect or shipping error.
Please inspect your firearm carefully before accepting transfer.
Custom Work
Because custom work is performed specifically for your firearm or order, services including (but not limited to):
- Cerakote
- Laser engraving
- Optics cuts
- Slide machining
- Barrel porting
- Custom builds
- Trigger Work
- General Repairs
are non-refundable once work has begun.
If an issue arises due to workmanship, please contact us immediately. We stand behind our work and will work with you to resolve legitimate concerns.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please notify us within five (5) business days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item
- Photos of the shipping box (if applicable)
We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Warranty Support
Many products sold by Rain6 are covered by the original manufacturer's warranty.
For custom work performed by Rain6, we stand behind our craftsmanship. If you experience an issue related to our workmanship, please contact us so we can evaluate the situation and determine the appropriate resolution.
Return Authorization
Please do not return products without contacting us first.
To request a return or discuss an issue with your order, contact us through the Contact page on our website or by emailing our customer support team.
Unauthorized returns may be refused.
