Estimated Processing Times

In-Stock Accessories

Most in-stock accessories, magazines, apparel, and non-firearm items ship within 1–3 business days.

Firearms

In-stock firearms typically ship within 2–5 business days after payment has been received and all required processing has been completed.

All firearms must be shipped to a licensed Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer selected by the customer. Additional processing time may be required by your receiving FFL before transfer.

Custom Gunsmithing & Services

Services such as:

Optics Cuts
Laser Engraving
Slide Machining
Barrel Porting
Cerakote
Custom Builds

are completed on an individual basis.

Typical turnaround times vary depending on workload, complexity, and parts availability. Estimated lead times will be communicated when your order is placed.

Limited Edition & Legend Series Builds

Origin, Ascension, Limited Edition, Legend Series, and other specialty firearms are built in limited quantities and may require additional production time.

Estimated completion dates will be listed on the product page or communicated directly during the ordering process.

Order Status

We strive to keep customers informed throughout the process.

If your order includes custom work or experiences an unexpected delay, we'll communicate updated timelines as soon as practical.

Shipping Carriers

Orders are shipped using reputable carriers such as UPS, FedEx, USPS, or other appropriate shipping providers based on the product being shipped and applicable regulations.

Shipping options available at checkout may vary depending on the product and destination.

Tracking Information

When available, tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

Please allow carriers time to update tracking information after shipment.

Shipping Restrictions
